Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must be in the original packaging. RETURNS MUST BE SENT ONLY AFTER CONTACTING US VIA CONTACT FORM ON THE WEBSITE. THERE IS A 7 DAY WINDOW FROM DAY OF DELIVERY TO CONTACT US WITH ANY ISSUE REGARDING YOUR ORDER. NO RETURNS/REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS TIME. THIS INCLUDES SEALED ITEMS ONLY! ALL LOOSE DICE (SCOOPS) OR ANYTHING OPENED CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED. wE DO NOT ACCEPT TRADES. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE POLICIES BEFORE ORDERING. 

Shipping WILL NOT be refunded, only the cost of the item(s). Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge.

To complete your return, please send us a detailed message explaining the reason for return. YOU MUST fill out a contact form through the website. WE DO NOT MONITOR ANY OTHER MODE OF COMMUNICATION. WE WILL RESPOND TO YOU WITHIN 24-48 HOURS.

Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale, clearance, and custom items are not eligible for return/refund.

If you receive a defective item, please send us a message, complete with pictures and description of the issue. After viewing the report, we will determine the validity of the claim and will either replace the item (free of charge) or request that the defective item be returned to us (buyer will be responsible for return shipping charge).
