Buyer pays shipping for items purchased, unless otherwise agreed upon.

DUE TO A HEAVY INCREASE IN SALES VOLUME, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO GET PACKAGES SENT OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE A VIDEO, YOUR PACKAGE WILL TAKE LONGER TO SHIP. ESTIMATED SHIP TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING. PROCESSING TIME WILL VARY. WEATHER MAY ALSO PLAY A PART IN SHIPPING DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

All orders will receive USPS ratE shipping based on weight. All USA orders ship in POLY MAILERS, bubble mailers, boxes, flat rate bubble mailers, medium flat rate boxes, and large flat rate boxes. Estimated delivery for all USA orders is 2-5 business days. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

 

All international shipping orders are subject to import taxes and duties. Please check those fees before placing your order as you, the buyer, are responsible for all fees. We will not refund orders if you refuse to pay import duties and the package is returned to us. You will forfeit your items and payment and will be put on a blocked list within the website. Please be sure to research all potential fees before ordering. Estimated delivery for all international orders is 6-10 business days. There may be delays which are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR (I.E. WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED, APARTMENT NUMBER LEFT OUT, ETC), BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES TO RE-PURCHASE A NEW LABEL. THIS WILL BE SENT IN THE FORM OF A PAYMENT LINK AND WILL NEED TO BE PAID BY THE BUYER BEFORE WE RESEND THE PACKAGE. THIS APPLIES TO ALL USA ORDERS, AS WELL AS INTERNATIONAL.

International orders will be sent by flat rate bubble mailer, medium flat rate box, OR LARGE FLAT RATE BOX.

All orders come with tracking for your convenience. YOU WILL GET AN AUTOMATED EMAIL WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER WHEN WE PACKAGE YOUR ORDER. YOU CAN ALSO VIEW YOUR SHIPPING STATUS AT ANY TIME BY LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND CLICKING ON "ORDERS".

ALL PACKAGES (USA ONLY) AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDE $100 INSURANCE. INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES AUTOMATICALLY COME WITH $200 INSURANCE. IF AN ORDER'S VALUE EXCEEDS THAT, WE MAY PURCHASE EXTRA INSURANCE. IF A PACKAGE GETS LOST, WE (ONE LINK AT A TIME LLC) WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE VALUE OF THE PACKAGE. WE WILL REFUND YOU, THE BUYER, AND YOU CAN RE-PURCHASE IF DESIRED.
